O’Toole Design, a leading interior design firm in St. Louis, has undergone significant changes in line with its strategic succession plan.

Debbie Stamer, with 30 years of design experience and 25 years at O’Toole, was promoted to Principal, Director of Interior Design. Stamer has a rich background in innovative interior design, spanning various sectors like corporate, hospitality, recreation, and entertainment. Her strategic and artistic approach, along with her mentorship skills, has contributed to the firm’s success.

Rachel Townsend was promoted to Interior Designer II/Interiors BIM Coordinator after six years with O’Toole. She has played a vital role in enhancing document quality and technological innovations. In her new role, she will oversee drawing and presentation standards in collaboration with the design team and BIM Manager.

Additionally, Eleanore Burwell, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, joined as an Interior Designer I after an internship with O’Toole in 2022. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and design proficiency made her an excellent addition.
